Me and my boyfriend (1yr in dec) are planning to buya house next yeart (jan) we've sought out to move like 3 times already and didn't relaize how much things that needed to be done prior! Ok, I don't think my credit is good and don't make much but he has good credit and good money. But On some things I know we agreed to go "half" and i understand the more money between the two, the more house you can get SO is it better when we get pre-approved we just do it in HIS name and I just help out wherever or do it in BOTH.
