The last bus carrying Hurricane Gustav evacuees was expected to leave Oklahoma City Friday night and head to Louisiana. The 564 people who remained at the Lucent Technologies plant-turned-shelter Friday morning were to board buses and head for Shreveport, La., police Sgt. Paco Balderrama said.
